Measure rice by placing desired amount in pan, then add water. Measure water by placing fingertip at rice level. Water should reach first finger joint. Then cook uncovered till boiling, then turn heat low to simmer, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Do not open lid until 20 minutes have gone by. Then it's done!

I recieved this bag with a gift, it is the kind you buy at the drugstore where the cards and bows are. And as you can see I attached things I had around the house to fancy it up a bit. And by using the "Trailer Trash" sticker, I am being Ironic, see, and thereby cancelling out any feeling of shame of drinking wine out of a box cause I am in on the joke, right?
Here is what you need; decorative bag, 12.5x10.5x5.5 inches fits just perfect, and seems to be a common size. Glue Gun, Scissors, Decorative Notions, 10.5x5.5 inch bit of card board/stock (sometimes there is one inside the bag. If so then use that for a better top).
